No artificial food colouring, artificial aromas and preservatives. The term “Direct Juice” used to describe fruits freshly pressed and gently pasteurised. It is first filtered and then pasteurized for preservation by heating gently at temperature between 80 °C and 85 °C. Direct juice is then filled and immediately transported to the consumer or stored sterilely in tanks for subsequent filling process. Direct juice is juice in its most primal form. These premium juices are of a higher quality than those from concentrates, being packaged just as they are pressed from the fruit. Flavours, freshness and nutrition can all be retained in the juice.
