Chickens are fed with selected feed containing seaweed, herbs extracts fermented with rice bran and soybean, which reduces the smell of chicken and improves its taste of sweetness. Hanamidori chicken meat looks fresh pink therefore named "Hana" meaning “flower” in Japanese.
