Copenhagen Sparkling Teas are all made from a cuvee of teas made exactly the same way you make a cuvee of grapes when producing champagne. They only use high quality organic teas, from the delicate white teas to the more intense and full-bodied black teas. ‘DISTINCTLY DRY YET SMOOTH’ Newest non-alcoholic Sparkling Tea and clearly stands out from the rest. It is the driest to date, however, it still has a delicate soft texture. The balance between the soft Silver Needle, the complex Oolong and the fruity Hibiscus, gives you a dry sparkling drink completely non-alcoholic and perfect for the savoury kitchen. In addition to the dry character, LYSERØD has a nice and soft mouthfeel, thanks to the exclusive white Silver Needle tea, and with the use of two different types of Oolong tea, a high complexity is developed. The taste is rounded off with discreet notes of fruit from the Hibiscus flower and First Flush Darjeeling tea. LYSERØD is great as an aperitif, and thanks to the unique taste, it really calls for some thrilling food pairings. Making it suitable throughout all phases of a meal.
