It was brought back from Okinawa more than 300 years ago. The soil of Tanegashima has a lot of iron and minerals, together with warm climate and nice sea breeze, fully meets the growing conditions of delicious sweet potatoes. Yume Hyaku Syou was first cultivated with Tanegashima honey, it has delicate texture and a hint of honey taste.
