Oyster meat is tender, extremely fresh and tasty. Dipping them in special kind of Japan fermented chili sauce makes the oysters even more delicious! Steam grilling over real flame is a traditional seaside dish by Japanese fishermen. The steamed oysters are kept in their own juice, the deliciousness and freshness are therefore tightly locked, the meat is tender and juicy. It is also very suitable to pair with sake wine, to experience the feeling of seaside grill at home in a safe way. Instructions: 1. Wash the oysters with water, put about 12 oysters into the tin box each time. The larger side of the oyster shell should face down 2. Add 50ml to 100ml of water (can add or replaced water with sake) 3. Cover the lid and place the tin on open fire for 15 to 20 minutes. Steam will come out from the hole through the centre of the lid. When liquid begins to overflow from the tin, turn to low heat and cook for another 3 minutes 4. Open the lid carefully as very hot steam will come out from the tin. There may be oysters in the bottom of the pile not opening but please rest assured they’re safe to be consumed.
