Pearl sugar is a specific state of beet sugar obtained by compressing refined sugar, and it is both concentrated and resistant to heat. The sugar pearls do not melt completely, giving our waffles a sweet and crunchy texture. Direction: Heat in the oven, toaster or microwave, or in a waffle iron. Can also be eaten at room temperature.
