Uji region(宇治) located in Southern Kyoto is the most famous tea plantation area, and Uji region's weather is suitable for high-quality Japanese tea. ‘Tsuyu’(露) in Ujinotsuyu Seicha means Shizuku(雫) in Japanese, dew in English.
