+ 每包400g per pack 韓珍在香港於2014年成立，直譯意思為 “韓國真正的味道”。韓珍除了主打的熟成牛肉，他們製作的醬油醃肉由韓國師傅主理，嚴選油花比例最適合燒烤的牛 / 豬五花，再搭配上韓珍主廚秘製獨門醬料醃製調味。另外，利用帶有酸味的水果加入醃醬是韓國醃肉的一大特色，主要用水梨，其他例如鳳梨、奇異果不等，但要小心掌握醃漬時間。 因醃肉時已加了麻油， 炒的時候就不需要再加油，而肉片口感還是很嫩。這道菜真的非常平民到處可見，也是韓國人喜歡的下酒菜之一，大多時跟一碗白飯，有時候則是以蓋飯的形式出現。另外，也是菜包飯餐廳常見的料理之一，以各種生菜/蔬菜，包起香噴噴的炒牛肉/豬肉，滋味無窮又吃得健康。 成份： 美國牛肉、黑醬油、紅糖、水梨、洋蔥、蒜頭、米酒、麻油、胡椒粉、焦糖色素 Hancham was founded in Hong Kong in 2014, which literally means "the real taste of Korea".
