Because pigs are free to roam and eat acorns, their diet is very clean. Spanish black Iberian pig is a semi-wild species, with sufficient natural activity space, free-grazing pigs, live in oak forests, their main foods are acorn and fresh grass. Meat of these pigs has a unique nutty aroma, and marbled fat like wagyu beef. It has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids but low cholesterol content. It also contains folic acid. Most of its fat ingredients are unsaturated fatty acids (friendly for heart health), similar to olive oil, vitamin B and antioxidants, because of such properties the Spanish Iberian pig is also known as the "walking olive tree"! 📌 This is a pay-by-weight item.
