Cascina Bianca low-fat blueberry yoghurt is produced exclusively with ingredients from organic farming: you will find all the unmistakeable scent and sincere taste of blueberries. The creaminess of the product is 100% natural obtained simply by concentrating the milk by vacuum evaporation, thus obtain a velvety and light yoghurt.
Its particular consistency is obtained by packaging the yoghurt immediately after adding the ferments to the milk: the fermentation develops slowly inside the jar, until a perfect balance between aroma and acidity is reached. It is the oldest yoghurt recipe born in Turkey known and appreciated for millennia all over the world.
